ACE Names VP of Claims Data Analytics, Global Claims

In a newly created position, Keith Higdon will support ACE and risk management company ESIS, Inc.

ACE Group has announced the appointment of Keith Higdon to VP of Claims Data Analytics and ACE Global Claims. He has over 20 years of analytics and CRM experience, and most recently served as SVP of a North American claims service provider.

In his new role, Higdon will support both ACE and ESIS, Inc., a risk management services company and member of ACE Group. He will be responsible for developing and executing a claims data analytics strategy for each organization to help them meet changing client needs. In collaboration with ACE’s Predictive Modeling team, he will transform data into decision-making information that can be used to drive down clients’ cost of loss.

Higdon will also work with ACE’s Global Accounts sector and use data to serve multinational customers with claims. The division was launched in 2013 to help large global clients with complex servicing and underwriting needs.

“I’m pleased to welcome Keith to this key role, which represents ACE’s continued investment in our multinational claims operations,” says Steven Laudermilch, SVP of claims at ACE Group. “His extensive experience and successful track record in predictive modeling and client relationship building will enable ACE and ESIS to develop and deploy analytic solutions that drive improved claims efficiency, outcomes, and branding with current and prospective clients.”
