Aetna Launches Document Capture App for International Claims
Aetna has launched an app for its international customers that allow them to upload pictures of their claims-related documents for faster processing.
Available for both iOS and Android devices, members can use the Mobile Assistant app to take pictures of supporting claims documentation, such as medical receipts, and submit to Aetna. It's currently available to international customers, but will be available to U.S. expatriates later this year, according to the company.
