ImageRight (Conyers, Ga.), a document management solutions provider, and claim-solutions provider Guidewire Software, Inc. (San Mateo, Calif.), have formed an alliance to offer an integrated claims processing and document management solution for the insurance industry.

ALTITUDE/PGP UNIVERSAL

Call center solutions provider Altitude Software (Lisbon, Portugal) has announced the integration of PGP Universal's (Palo Alto, Calif.) PGP Universal Server with its Unified Customer Interaction product, allowing customers to secure confidential e-mail, eliminate end-user interaction and reduce training and support costs without deploying new software, the vendor claims.

THREE VENDORS PARTNER

3SG Corp. (Columbus, Ohio), Intellinetics (Tucson, Ariz.) and Sypherlink (Dublin, Ohio) have announced a partnership to deliver document and data solutions. The joint solution will include 3SG's electronic document imaging services; Intellinetics' IntelliVUE, a document imaging and content management platform; and Sypherlink's Harvester, which links IntelliVUE with other enterprise information systems.

SER, OIT INTEGRATION

SER Solutions Inc. (State College, Pa.), a document management solutions provider, has partnered with Optical Image Technology (OIT, Dulles, Va.), a content management software provider. SER will integrate OIT's DocFinity Workflow into its SERdistiller intelligent data capture and SERsynergy document management solutions.
