Allianz Life Appoints Leader for Policy Admin Project

Minneapolis-based Allianz Life has promoted Jasmine Jirele to SVP of enterprise oprations. In this role, she will be responsible for leading operational and service processes, including new business, in-force, operations controls, contact center, and related supporting functions. Jirele will also lead the company’s Policy Administration Solution project, which it calls a "top Operational Excellence initiative."
“As Allianz Life continues to expand and reach more customers in search of retirement solutions, it’s crucial that we have strong leadership for our customers and distribution partners,” Cathy Mahone, chief administrative officer for Allianz Life, says in a statement. “Jasmine brings a unique understanding of the business to this position that will enhance our ability to provide best-in-class service.”
Jirele had been VP of market management and product innovation, where she led market strategy, product strategy, portfolio management, market research, and customer insights. (Lisa Hoene was named Allianz' director of market management last month.)
