3. AXA Equitable: Account information (Life)
For this award, insurers were ranked based on how account information was displayed, the level of detail, and access to historical information such as previous value of policies and transactions. AXA Equitable's "organized and detailed view" includes "large, bolded sectional headings that appropriately group contract data within the printer‐friendly page," Corporate Insight says. In addition, the color scheme and shading make it easy to read.
