4. Progressive: Account information (P&C)

Meanwhile, Progressive's account information capabilities took gold for "displaying client information throughout the site and making it extremely easy for users to update all aspects of their policy," Corporate Insight says. "Along the top of each page, Progressive displays the client’s name, policy number and policy term, making it easy for users to spot key information."
