Align360, a Richmond, VA-based consulting firm and systems integrator, announced a partnership with Swallow Information Systems (Beverly, MA) that will make it the sole distributor of Align360's Charter Continuum software for North America. Charter Continuum is a CRM solution designed for business-to-consumer organizations with a complex level or high volume of customer interactions. Charter Continuum manages the entire customer feedback process, increasing communications of all types, regardless of source, and provides companies with a consistent view of customer data across all departments, claims Align360. The alliance will allow Align360 and Swallow Information Systems to deliver a software and consulting services package to the marketplace.

Amdocs (Chesterfield, MO), a provider of CRM and billing solutions, has released ClarifyCRM 11. The upgraded version of the CRM application offers additional functionality, including the ability to run thin and thick clients concurrently, a process manager module and an XML-based integration gateway. Amdocs' Clarify CRM 11 delivers browser-based applications, simplifies legacy system integration and enhances business process management, claims Amdocs. Amdocs Clarify CRM applications are powered by the standards-based Amdocs Clarify CRM architecture, which enables co-existence for the interoperation of Amdocs ClarifyCRM browser-based and classic client/server applications.

FrontRange Solutions (Colorado Springs), a provider of CRM and customer services and support software, has launched HEAT Service & Support 7.0, the newest version of its service and support software. The company announced new modules including HEAT Plus Call Center, which features an interactive call center that integrates interaction points such as phone calls, e-mails and chat sessions with HEAT customer information. HEAT 7.0 was designed with medium-sized companies in mind. FrontRange claims HEAT 7.0 enables organizations to track and respond to issues in a timely manner and get control over their calls and costs to generate higher customer satisfaction.
