IT, Entresoft Team on POS

Seeking to consolidate its position as a leader in financial services point-of-sale management technology, Insurance Technologies (IT, Colorado Springs) has formed a strategic alliance with Ponte Vedra Beach, FL-based ASP and software developer Entresoft. Through the alliance, Entresoft's InsureConnect LMS (Leads Management System) will be integrated with IT's ForeSight family of products.

IT's ForeSight product is a multi-channel desktop, Internet and wireless point-of-sale management system that integrates various steps in the sales process, from needs analysis to application generation. Entresoft's InsureConnect LMS is an ACORD XMLife-compliant, browser-based sales fulfillment system for insurance and banking.

"Point-of-sale involves not only analysis of need, the illustration software and application process, but also some level of leads management and call center integration. Entresoft provides that," says Larry Wiederman, IT's CEO.

Entresoft chose IT for its industry leadership and the compatibility of its offering, says Entresoft CEO Ron Taylor. "We feel we're getting a very good product and tool set that integrates almost seamlessly to the agent," he says.
