Lincoln Benefit Life Launches iPipeline iGo e-App

The Allstate subsidiary will use iGO e-App to reduce errors and speed application processing for selected universal life, term, and indexed universal life products.

Lincoln Benefit Life, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Allstate Life Insurance Company, has selected iPipeline's (Exton, Pa.) iGO e-App for use with selected universal life, term, and indexed universal life products. Designed to reduce errors and speed application processing, iGO e-App enables brokerage producers to accelerate sales by reducing cycle time and leveraging e-Signature and e-Submission to achieve straight-through processing, according to an iPipeline statement. To ensure all applications are reviewed prior to submission to Lincoln Benefit Life, the launch includes iPipeline’s Go/No-Go add-on for Case Manager approval. Lincoln Benefit Life is scheduled to go live with its initial product launch in late February.

"Lincoln Benefit Life is synonymous with the special brand of service offered to our producers and customers across the entire channel," comments Debbie Grenemeier, VP, sales management, Lincoln Benefit Life. "By deploying the next-generation in marketing, selling and processing solutions, we will receive higher-quality submissions from producers, reduce cycle time, and increase customer satisfaction."

"This is a significant gain for us,” Grenemeir adds. “Our intention is to constantly improve how we engage our distributors and customers. iPipeline’s platform has a lot to offer the channel, and we are committed to making the Lincoln Benefit Life selling and buying experience one of the best in the industry.”
