Arcidea, an Atlanta-based provider of customer relationship management and employee relationship management solutions, will support customers using the Windows XP operating system on client workstations with version 2.0 of its software. In addition to client support for XP, the 2.0 release features new interface objects.

Sedona Corp. (King of Prussia, PA), a provider of CRM solutions for small- and mid-sized financial services companies, entered into an agreement with Financial Services, Inc. (FSI), for FSI to resell Sedona's Intarsia CRM solution.

Firstlogic, Inc., a La Crosse, WI-based provider of enterprise information quality solutions, introduced IQ Insight, a data quality assessment and analysis program that complements the firm's Information Quality Suite. The new offering enables companies to quickly inspect their data stores and quantify quality problems. IQ Insight is Firstlogic's software and services solution for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the quality of information contained in data marts, data warehouses, ERP systems and packaged applications, as well as other data sources. The system allows measurement of business rule compliance, and offers clients a dashboard through which data quality can be improved and measured over time.

ServicePower (Annapolis, MD), a global developer and supplier of field service scheduling software, released SERVICEPlanner, an optional module for its SERVICEPower scheduling product. SERVICEPlanner provides managers with the ability to geographically visualize the skills and knowledge of field members to identify problem areas and plan field resource coverage more effectively, claims ServicePower.
