The biggest social media mistake an insurer can make is to be absent from social media -- to not join the conversations. Social media conversations are taking place whether you’re part of them or not, so do you want to be absent? No. It’s critical for PEMCO to communicate with our customers and the general public in the channels THEY choose, and so many people communicate now by social media, we’d be conspicuous by our absence if we didn’t join those conversations.
