Allianz Names IT Exec Responsible for User Experience
Allianz has promoted Mary Faridi to an IT infrastructure post that revolves around customer experience.
As director of Customer Care and Service Delivery, Faridi is responsible for end-user computing, the help center, disaster recovery efforts, and the service recovery and management functions, reporting to VP of IT infrastructure, Tom Mundt.
Faridi is also leading a global initiative focused on gaining efficiencies related to IT infrastructure at more than 70 Allianz operating entities.
“This is a well-deserved promotion for Mary, as she brings considerable strength and experience to this role,” Mundt says in a statement. “Mary has a proven track record in successfully leading an array of high-profile company initiatives. Her experience will be crucial, as the teams and initiatives she leads are at the center of our ability to adapt to the ever-changing business needs and demands.”
