American Family Insurance Will Use NexJ Contact for Insurance

Madison, Wis.-based American Family Insurance will implement NexJ Contact for Insurance from Toronto-based NexJ Systems.

The system, which is built on service-oriented architecture, delivers an integrated desktop to agents and customer service representatives, letting those employees integrate lead and contact information from multiple systems. It also synchronizes their activities with Microsoft Outlook and mobile devices.
