Connecture Partners with MedicareCRM
Connecture, a provider of Web-based sales, service and process automation solutions to the health insurance industry, has embarked on a marketing, technology and reselling partnership with MedicareCRM (Vancouver, Wash.). The partnership will enable Connecture and MedicareCRM to offer customers an integrated solution via a series of real-time integration points between their online software platform, according to a Connecture press release.
The agreement also allows Connecture to resell MedicareCRM as part of the InsureConnect sales automation suite. The joint offering addresses the health insurance industry's need for data-driven automation across all marketing, sales, and enrollment operations. The advantage for health plans is that the combined end-to-end solution will dramatically reduce acquisition costs and processing time while improving accuracy and increasing customer satisfaction, the Connecture source asserts.
MedicareCRM provides Medicare Advantage plans with a complete end-to-end member acquisition platform, including marketing analytics, sales automation, enrollment and compliance tools, which fully integrate with federal systems at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), according to Connecture.
"As healthcare reform becomes more of a reality, we have seen an increase in interest over the last year for a Medicare-centric CRM solution for our clients with a Medicare Advantage plan," comments David Sockel, senior vice president of Sales and Corporate Development, Connecture. "Regardless of potential impacts from healthcare reform, health insurance carriers continue to evaluate technology solutions that will help facilitate new membership growth more efficiently, particularly in the Medicare Advantage market segment. Our partnership is a natural fit, and we're confident our combined solution will provide our clients the process efficiencies, membership growth, and customer service that they expect." The MedicareCRM platform was designed to drive down member acquisition costs for Medicare Advantage plans, comments Gene Devine, executive vice president of MedicareCRM. "Dovetailing it with Connecture's offerings will only go to further bolster the powerful suite of tools available for managed care organizations to control their margins," Devine remarks. "Medicare Advantage plans are facing a reduction in reimbursements, so it's vital that they increase their focus on efficiency and accountability in their marketing-to-enrollment supply chains. This partnership will not only accelerate enrollment growth, but also do so at lower acquisition costs without sacrificing a plan's concentration to CMS compliance requirements. That is exactly where Connecture's service offering fits the MedicareCRM mission."
