Horizon Casualty Services Selects @Global Allegro BI Portal

Newark, N.J.-based Horizon Casualty Services (HCS), a subsidiary of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, has selected Breckenridge, Colo.-based @Global's Allegro Business Intelligence Portal software to help integrate, manage and simplify key database information.

Key performance indicators specific to HCS were developed for the solution so the carrier could more effectively track key process and identify quality exceptions. With the business intelligence (BI) portal, HCS will have a single tool to meet its business intelligence information and operation requirements with more complete and current information. The solution will also include automated publishing and distribution of reports, enabling HCS to provide access to selected business intelligence information to its vendors and clients.
