The Hartford: Simple Driving Instructions

When users enter their address into The Hartford's online quoting platform, the system collects information on all vehicles registered at the adress, then allows users to pick the car or cars for which they want a quote. Each step offers one input page, so users can move through the tool easily.

"The Hartford pulls information well, and the platform is nice, but they don't really ask too many questions," Wistrom says. "Sometimes it's hard for firms to find a good balance between asking enough questions and asking too many."
