Jacksonville, Fla.-based Fortegra Financial has launched a new brand targeting middle-class consumers online at www.fortegra.com.
Deemed simply "Fortegra," the new division offers life, accident protection and health insurance products.
"We know buying insurance and other forms of protection can be a complex and confusing process," said Joe Alberti, vice president of specialty products with Fortegra in a statement. "We offer simple products to meet the everyday needs of individuals, families and entrepreneurs."
The Fortegra website allows users to start a quote which will be finished by an agent, Alberti explains in the statement. Customers who fill out the online quote form are eligible for a discount prescription card.
The company has also launched presences on Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn.
