Coventry Health Care (Bethesda, Md.) reports that it decreased application processing time by one full day by piloting the DRX (Los Angeles) iPad Mobile Field Enrollment application with its Medicare clients. The app enables electronic capture and submission of enrollment information, and can work without an Internet connection. It also features reporting of enrollment activity, including completed enrollments and utilization metrics.
