eGistics and Global 360 Forge Alliance

Hosted document management solutions provider eGistics (Dallas) has formed a strategic alliance with process and document management vendor Global 360 (Dallas). The partnership will enable Global 360 to provide a secure hosted enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) delivery environment for Global 360 applications and to offer long-term hosted storage on eGistics' secure, tier-4 data centers, according to a joint press release. Through a seamless integration of eGistics' hosted document management environment with Global 360's applications, the companies will deliver solutions that help optimize business and document processing and provide long-term hosted storage of business content, the release states. The partnership also gives Global 360 users a choice of traditional on-premise and hosted delivery models, helping them further maximize their IT investments and productivity as they migrate to process and document management solutions. eGistics clients typically enjoy the advantages of rapid deployment of solutions, at a compelling price-to-value ratio, and delivered with minimal or no capital expenditure for equipment the release claims. Global 360 expects the partnership to increase adoption of its solutions.
