During this meeting Insurance & Technology's Editor, Nathan Golia; SAS's Global Marketing Director, Stuart Rose; and our guest speaker, Richard Welch of SMA, will provide a starting point for discussions between senior insurance technology executives on the following topics of relevance:

Mobile Offensive: Creating Competitive Advantage at Mobile Customer Touch Points
Insurers have raced to keep pace with consumer adoption of mobile devices, acting from the defensive motive of simply being in the game. However, consumer mobility presents a rich opportunity to get closer to customers, and emerging technologies such as customer communication management (CCM) and e-signature enable carriers to bring new business, policy delivery, claims and policy holder process online — and achieve a competitive advantage in this new mobile environment.

Across retail industries and even other financial services sectors customers are becoming accustomed to real-time billing capabilities delivered through their channels of choice.

Expanding Your Mobile Capacity
Mobile devices and applications are playing a bigger part in the everyday lives of insurers customers, producers and employees. That has left many carriers wondering about the ways they can and cannot meet the expectations of a more mobile-savvy population and, perhaps more importantly, about the areas of their business where they should and should not welcome mobile capabilities. At this Executive Roundtable, industry leaders will discuss the current and future capacities of their organizations to leverage mobile technology.
