USAA CHANGE

Greg Schwartz has taken over the role of president of USAA ITCO (San Antonio, Texas), replacing Steve Yates. Schwartz had served under Yates as senior vice president of enterprise solutions.

CIGNA EXEC

CIGNA Behavioral Health (Eden Prairie, Minn.) appointed Jeff Miller eastern region vice president, in which capacity he will direct large group and national account sales, health plan sales, external distribution and new business development. Miller joined CBH in 2000.

JARAMILLO PROMOTED

New York Life (New York) named Jonathan Jaramillo senior vice president in the company's agency department. Jaramillo began his career at New York Life in 1983. He was most recently senior vice president for field force operations in the Northeast region.

EPOLICY VP

Bill Dochterman joined Torrance, Calif.-based ePolicy Solutions as vice president of product management. He was previously VP of business unit operations and VP of business development and strategic relations at Fair Isaac (Minneapolis).

HARTFORD P&C EVP

The Hartford (Hartford) has named Dana A. Drago as executive vice president of field, sales and services for its P&C operations. Drago joined The Hartford from Bank of America, where she led strategy marketing, training and communications for its small business and premier segment.
