WILL MARSH and FRANCISCO VALLERIANO have been appointed co-heads of the eBusiness Development Group at THE PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE CO. OF AMERICA (Newark, NJ).

Formerly a client manager at Zurich Kemper Life Insur-ance Co. (Schaumburg, IL), STEVE LEIGH has joined INSURANCE TECHNOLOGIES (Colorado Springs) as director of client services.

Overland Park, KS-based EMPLOYERS REINSURANCE CORP. (ERC), a GE Company, has named MITCHELL HABIB chief information officer. Originally hired as CIO for the engine services team at GE Aircraft Engines in 1997, Habib has also been Global CIO for GE Capital Information Technology Services and ERC Global CIO.

MINNESOTA LIFE INSURANCE CO. (St. Paul) has named RANDY F. WALLAKE, executive vice president of individual insurance and pension business units. Wallake assumes the leadership position of the individual insurance operation from TERRANCE M. SULLIVAN, senior vice president, who is retiring.

RANDY SCHULDT, former manager of commercial lines information and processing systems at American Mod-ern Insurance Group, has joined INSURANCE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES (INSTEC, Naper-ville, IL) as alliance manager.
