The Cedar Rapids, IA-based FREEDOM unit of Fiserv, Inc., has appointed Constance Jasper Woodroof as the firm's liaison to NAIC (the National Association of Insurance Commissioners).
ACORD TAPS MIB's OLSEN
David Olsen, visioneering director at Westwood, MA-based MIB, Inc., has been appointed chair of the ACORD (Pearl River, NY) Life Architecture Working Group. Olsen will be responsible for the overall management of the Life model.
MAIER JOINS IONA
Wall Street veteran Gary Maier, a former KPMG consultant who worked with JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, First Union and Bank One, has joined IONA (Waltham, MA) as managing director and head of financial services.
REBUS NAMES EXECS
London-based Rebus iS has appointed 15-year company veteran Martyn Sutton chief operating officer for the company's worldwide operations. Also, former AXA Group executive committee member Robert Gogel was named chief executive officer.
BISYS TAPS EVANS
George E. Evans joined New York-Based Bisys as executive vice president of business development. Most recently Evans served as senior vice president of investor services for JP Morgan. Evans also has held positions with Prudential Insurance, Chase Manhattan Bank and Bankers Trust Co.
