CANDITO JOINS TP

Anthony Candito, former MetLife (New York) CIO for individual business, has joined Towers Perrin (New York) as CIO. Candito will be based in Philadelphia, where the firm's IT operations are headquartered.

BLEE ON THE SPOT

Responding to the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, ACE Ltd. (Bermuda) named Robert A. Blee to the company's newly created chief compliance officer position. Blee will remain ACE's chief accounting officer.

SELECTIVE PROMOTIONS

Selective Insurance Group (Branchville, NJ) promoted Bradford S. Allen to senior vice president, from vice president of IT services; Jeffery F. Kamrowski to senior vice president, business services unit, from vice president, business services unit; and Kevin Vieten, assistant vice president of application architecture, from senior technical architect.

ISO LIFTS THOMPSON

Insurance Services Office, Inc. (ISO, Jersey City, NJ), has promoted Kevin B. Thompson to senior vice president of its Insurance Services unit responsible for producing ISO's core information products for personal and commercial lines.

ADAMS TO DWL

Atlanta-based DWL Inc. appointed Ramsay F. Adams managing director, DWL Europe. Adams will oversee DWL's operations for the EMEA region. Adams had been a director of sales and marketing for CSC's (Austin, TX) UK and Ireland practice.
