Paul McDonnell serves as Senior Vice President, Managing Director, and Insurance Segment Leader for BearingPoint. He has over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry, both domestically and internationally.
He specializes in assembling and managing high performance teams to assist financial services clients in transforming their business operations and maximizing the benefits of information technology investments. Has a broad range of experience with clients in the property and casualty, life and health insurance industries. Has an in-depth knowledge of insurance company operations as well as the information technologies required to run these businesses. And has played a leading role in helping to transform the I/T functions of major insurance companies.
McDonnell holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA in Finance from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He has also received the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) professional designations.

Stuart McGuigan, currently the Senior Vice President and CIO for Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, is responsible for the Company's Information Systems and Technology Operations, including application development, infrastructure, and printing services. Stuart joined Liberty Mutual in February of 2004.
Prior to that, Stuart was part of Medco Health Solutions, where he founded a Data Warehousing group, which developed the Company's first enterprise data model, established a product planning and development process, and launched the Company's Enterprise Information Warehouse. Since then, Stuart has held positions of increasing responsibility for technology and operations, including Senior Vice President, Information Services, where he was responsible for Medco's core IT functions.
Previously, Stuart held the position of Director of Information Planning at Merck where he was responsible for developing the U.S. Pharmaceutical Division's first Information Strategy Plan. Before he joined Merck in 1988, he held positions in a number of technology business areas, including business systems research, marketing research and product management. During that time, Stuart was an Associate Research Scientist at Honeywell's Systems and Research Center, where he led Expert systems, Human Factors, and Intelligent Computer Assisted Instruction (ICAI) projects.
Stuart holds a BA in Psychology from Fairfield University and received Masters Degrees in both Science and Philosophy while participating in the Cognitive Science Program at Yale University.
