Humana has named Tim Huval SVP and chief HR officer, reporting to President and CEO Bruce Broussard.
Huval last worked at Bank of America as its SVP for consumer service and operations. He also had a stint as CIO of the bank's global investment management group.

Though he has held multiple senior-level roles, his passion has always been HR.”
Huval replaces Bonnie Hathcock, Humana's longtime HR head who retired at the end of 2012. Humana CIO Brian LeClaire was one of Insurance & Technology's Elite 8 last year.
