Implementation / Support Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Working knowledge of Windows 2008 Server Operating System or better and IIS
• Knowledge of basic SQL and scripting
• Ability to manage a help desk ticketing system
• Effective client communication skills
• Ability to work effectively from a Home office and manage your own daily task list
• Ability to learn an Insurance product application and assist clients with problems and related issues
• Knowledge of insurance applications and industry is a plus, but not a requirement
• Knowledge of document management and Microsoft Office products a plus
• Project management skills a plus
