Innovation Group Purchases Driven Solutions

Innovation Group has announced its acquisition of Texas-based Driven Solutions Inc., which provides emergency roadside and towing services throughout the US and Canada to support the insurance and fleet industries.

Lewis Miller, CEO for Innovation Group BPS in North America, commented on how acquiring Driven aligns closely with the organization’s business strategy. The purchase marks a step forward for Innovation Group, which is working to enhance its accident management and repair capabilities for the fleet and auto insurance industries. 

“[Driven’s] products and operational capabilities, as well as the quality of its managed towing and roadside provider network, are extremely complementary to our existing capabilities,” said Miller in the press release.
