1. Salary Trend
While insurance IT staff and managers saw a slight bump in salaries in 2012, and total compensation is trending upward for staff, total compensation for managers is trending downward. Median cash compensation for managers, including bonuses and other direct cash, declined to $129,000 this year from $132,000 in 2011.
