Schaumberg, Ill.-based Zurich Global Corporate in North America (GCiNA) has named Brad Kass COO.
Kass last served as chief of staff for GCiNA. Prior to that, he was operations manager for General Insurance’s customer and distribution management operations. In his new role, he is responsible for operating models, project portfolio and change management, International Program operations, compliance and risk management.
“Brad’s wealth of experience, ability to build relationships and influence, and his knowledge of GCiNA business positions him well to succeed in his new role,” says Mike Kerner, CEO of GCiNA and Kass' direct report, in a statement.
Kass replaces Sabrina Hart, who was appointed chief underwriting officer for GCiNA in February.
