Great articly, Kelly. Will be interested to see how businesses react, also the employees. The incentives are strong, but will it really impact behavior on a day-to-day basis? Even wristbands that buzz when you've been idel too long lose their power to motivate after a few days/weeks. That being said, it sounds like a really well thought out program, I know I'd be interested in trying it out!
