MetLife Names Chief Enterprise Strategy Officer
MetLife has announced the appointment of Rebecca Tadikonda to the position of chief enterprise strategy officer, effective July 21, 2014. She will lead the team responsible for the insurer’s global strategy to drive top-line and bottom-line financial performance.
Tadikonda most recently served as a partner in the Financial Services practice at Bain & Company. She began her career with Bain then rejoined in 2003 to counsel insurance clients on global growth strategies, large business transformations, operational excellence and customer experience. Tadikonda has also held positions at Verisign and DHL Worldwide Express.
