Extending the Insurance Value Chain
Unlocking the Value of Customer Transactions
Tuesday, March 29, 2005
The Four Seasons Hotel, Chicago
8:00am-2:00pm
Policyholder expectations for immediate and customized service and support are growing, but the industry's response continues to lag. The traditional methods for insurance product development and configuration, underwriting, issuing and administration of policies is inadequate — and the legacy systems that support those methods cannot support the requirements of business processing now and for the future.
How can insurance companies unlock the critical transactions that are trapped in those legacy systems and release their value to customers, employees and operations personnel?
Embracing the concept of the Insurance Value Chain is the solution.
Critical topics, to include:
- How to enter a new realm of business process management and workflow orchestration.
- Rethinking insurance product and service delivery.
- Achieving cost-reduction and containment.
- Making real-time transaction processing and automated compliance realities.
- Increasing competitive advantage.
- Next-generation policy administration systems.
Gain insights into the technologies, tools and solutions providers that are now enabling insurance enterprises to re-think and successfully migrate from their legacy policy administration systems.
Who Should Attend?
This event is an exclusive, invitation-only event for senior-level insurance company executives with technology buying responsibilities. It is a complimentary event for qualified attendees and guests (transportation and/or hotel accommodations not provided).
