The HealthRules product suite allows end users to configure it to meet new market demands, the companies say.

Providence, R.I.-based Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island, a Medicaid health plan, has implemented the HealthRules suite from Burlington, Mass.-based HealthEdge.

HealthRules will help Neighborhood claim and benefit administration by allowing its front-line staff to configure the system to meet changing market conditions. It will help it respond to market and regulatory changes and automate manual processes.

Reynolds, CEO for Neighborhood, in a statement. "We are pleased that we not only got a great core administrative system, but also a committed partner to support us."
