New Version of Sircon for Carriers Released
Sircon, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bothell, Wash.-based Vertafore, has released the latest version of its Sircon for Carriers platform for producer relationship management and credentialing. The latest version includes enhancements to data reconciliation, reporting capabilities, workflow integration and producer data synchronization, according to a press release.
The new version of Sircon for Carriers features producer records that are synchronized with the National Producer Database (PDB) that can now be updated from the most recent synchronization date with no setup required, Sircon says. In addition, licensing specialists can now see producer status results from their states by specific qualification or line of authority during license application processing.
Reporting capabilities with hierarchies have been improved to provide better insight into producer/agency/carrier structures, and allow for more effective troubleshooting in the event of missing information, according to a press release. In the new version of the platform, it is expected that carriers will gain increased visibility into active license and appointment data, which enables licensing staff to display producer data by carrier or state, and promotes increased flexibility to list only license types specific to carriers' business needs, Sircon says.
