AgencyPort (Boston) integrated its agency portal and interface software to access geolocation information from Proxix Solutions (Palm Harbor, Fla.), allowing carriers access to precise location information as their agents submit business over the Web in real time.

To extend its offerings in monitoring and reporting services, ChoicePoint (Alpharetta, Ga.) has acquired ELIOS (San Ramon, Calif.), which notifies vehicle finance companies and mortgage holders of client policy coverage and lapses.

Fiserv (Brookfield, Wis.) has acquired certain product assets from Wolters Kluwer Financial Services (Minneapolis), providing Fiserv with online capabilities for insurance licensing and securities registration, along with NASD exam preparation courses.

Dataware Solutions (Burlington, Mass.) will become part of SunGard's (Wayne, Penn.) Protegent solutions business to help meet customers' compliance needs.

To enable rapid claims processing, Castle Inspection (Salt Lake City) will add e2Value's (Stamford, Conn.) replacement cost valuation solutions to its product offerings for residential inspection clientele.
