Oceanus Insurance Selects Policy and Underwriting Administration Solution

Charleston, S.C.-based Oceanus Insurance, a risk retention group specializing in medical professional liability insurance, has chosen Delphi Technology's OASIS Professional Liability Suite for policy and underwriting administration, according to a press release.

Oceanus will look to the OASIS suite to replace its existing policy and underwriting administration processes, which are highly manual and limiting to potential growth. Boston-based Delphi suggests that the new Web-based solution will allow Oceanus to take advantage of improved and streamlined processes to support growth and service quality without additional expenses.

With implementation already underway, the OASIS solution is on track to go live in late spring, according to a press release. "Our goal is to enable Oceanus to derive maximum value from their new OASIS system through automation, improved operational efficiencies, and the flexibility to address new and changing business needs as they grow their market share and expand their client base," Delphi director of sales Phil Abrams said in the release.
