DeRidder, La.-based specialty insurer Amerisafe has signed a three-year business process services contract with Falls Church, Va.-based CSC.
CSC will provide BPO services to manage and automate legal expenditures for Amerisafe using Legal Bill Analyzer, a component of its Legal Solutions Suite. These services include bill review, resolution, reporting, invoice management and web hosting support.
“Growing organizations like Amerisafe are blending components of Legal Solutions Suite with our BPO capabilities to gain measurable efficiencies in legal matter management,” Jeffery Schwalk, president of CSC’s P&C insurance division, says in a statement.
