Stevens Point, Wisc.-based Sentry Insurance has launched technology platform, Sentry Insight, that its customers can use to track claims information and gain risk insight.
Provided at no additional cost to active clients, Sentry Insight offers online access to claims information, tasks and reports online. It allows access to data that the insurer says "can help save customers both time and money and help brokers enhance the service and support they provide to their clients" in a statement. Risk managers can also sign up for customizable claim-related alerts.
"Sentry Insight delivers on the Sentry Insurance promise of Strength, Protection and Vigilance, by giving our customers and their insurance brokers access to information that will help them better manage their businesses and help us continue to deliver exceptional claims services," said Dan Revai, VP of Sentry Insurance National Accounts, in a statement.
The system was developed by Sentry's Digital Interactive Team after discussions with risk management professionals and brokers. Key product features include:
- metrics at a glance;
- searchable claims by type, date and other criteria;
- dynamic dashboards with drill down capabilities; and
- safety articles with tips and insights to help customers facilitate loss control and prevention
