Simplyheath Group Signs 3-Year Partnership Deal with Mastek

Simplyhealth (Andover, England), a group of healthcare businesses specializing in healthcare products and services for individuals, families and companies, has signed a three-year partnership with London-based Mastek, a global software solutions provider.

Under the agreement, Mastek will provide product enhancement and support across the Simplyhealth organization in order to enhance existing software and improve efficiency while reducing costs. The new agreement will involve quarterly releases of new software which will be controlled by Simplyhealth, but implemented by Mastek and Simplyhealth working in partnership.

Mastek and Simplyhealth have a five-year history of working together. Mastek designed and implemented Simplyhealth's core operation system, PULSE, which underpins the backbone of the organization's business including its call center, new and existing customer data and claims handling and processing.
