State Auto to Implement HP Exstream
Columbus, Ohio-based State Auto will implement Palo Alto, Calif.-based HP's Exstream customer communications and document management system.
Exstream — which handles design through delivery of any type of document across the enterprise, according to HP — will supplant seven different systems that handle customer communications and documents across State Auto, the carrier adds.
“Our independent agents voiced concern that documents being distributed to customers were ineffective and followed a one-size-fits-all approach to communications,” John Heffernan, AVP, personal insurance underwriting support, State Auto Group, in a statement. “With HP, we have a partner that can help us consolidate to a single vendor, increase the response rates of our most critical communications and help our agents better service our customers.”
