Stonebridge Life Automates Medicare Supplement Sales

The iGO e-App tool from iPipeline will accelerate sales and improve customer service for the life insurer.

Stonebridge Life Insurance Company, a Transamerica Company, has chosen to implement the iGO e-app tool from insurance solution provider iPipeline.

The web-based iGO solution was selected as part of an overall business transformation at Stonebridge Life. It is intended to accelerate the sales process for Medicare supplement plans and improve the customer experience for both clients and agents. The tool will be used by independent Stonebridge agents and released to the field in mid-September.

“Simplicity, speed, and accuracy are critical to streamlining our operations,” said Lance Larsen, VP of Specialized Distribution at Transamerica, in a statement. “iPipeline’s iGO e-Application was selected based on its success in life insurance, annuity, preneed and final expense sales and, in recent years, the Medicare Supplement sales process.”
