Westbrook, Maine - The Insurance Automation Group, a Workgroup Company, released a Web-based version of its iAutomate: OPL CaseManager Lite software automation product, which automates the process of other-party liability (OPL) for healthcare insurance plans. This solution requires no integration services and enables OPL managers to enter new cases via an online interface, the vendor says.

White Plains, N.Y. - ASC released a Linux-based VoIP recording solution that features session institution protocol (SIP) switching capability, an industry standard.
