And once one is developed and printed, a single question from the prospective sale can render all those pages obsolete. So Boston-based John Hancock developed the i-Illustrate iPad app to allow its agents to dynamically update those models, addressing clients’ concerns and redrawing life insurance illustrations with just a few taps.
