The Co-operators Selects Guidewire

Guelph, Ontario-based The Co-operators has selected San Mateo, Calif.-based Guidewire Software's BillingCenter and PolicyCenter solutions.

The new additions, and the carrier's 2007 selection of Guidewire ClaimCenter, will enable The Co-operators to replace its legacy underwriting, policy administration, billing, and claims handling systems. According to a press release, the carrier is looking to the Guidewire solutions to help it improve cutomer experience, standardize processes and reduce IT costs.
