Tower Australia Limited Signs with Initiate Systems

Tower Australia Limited (Milsons Point NSW) will adopt Initiate Systems Australia's (North Sydney NSW), Initiate Consumer software in order to consolidate and cleanse data across its systems.

According to a press release, Initiate Systems will provide continuous improvement in the quality of customer information, interactions and service by providing a single customer view across all systems. The software will also reference Australia Post Address information to improve the quality of address information captured.
