Tuscarora Wayne Chooses ISCS Policy Admin

The group will implement SurePower Innovation to improve user experience and facilitate enterprise growth.

Mutual corporation Tuscarora Wayne Group of Companies has chosen ISCS’ SurePower Innovation Modern Enterprise Suite. The system will provide flexibility, improved customer service, and a modern technology platform necessary to drive the group’s continuous enterprise growth.

Holding company Tuscarora Wayne delivers commercial, personal and agricultural lines insurance for a variety of properties. Businesses under the parent company include stock P&C insurers Tuscarora Wayne Insurance Company, Lebanon Valley Insurance Company (LVI) and Keystone National Insurance Company. It directly holds 99.811% of issued and outstanding stock of Susquehanna Capital Corp., which provides financial services to the Tuscarora Wayne.

The SurePower Innovation solution provides components for policy, billing and claims, in addition to reinsurance, underwriting, insurance accounting, document management, producer/commission management, payables and agent/consumer portals. It can be quickly integrated with existing insurer and third-party systems, a priority for Tuscarora Wayne. The system also gives users greater control over insurance processes.
