Unified Life Chooses Aldera Administrative Platform
Unified Life Insurance Company (ULIC) has chosen to implement Aldera’s flagship core administrative platform in order to reduce operational costs and better serve employers and members.
Aldera provides cloud-based and on-premise core administration and private portal solutions for healthcare payers, administrators, state-based health insurance marketplaces, CO-OPs and business process outsourcers. Its technology addresses all components of core administration including billing, benefits, claims, groups, members and providers.
“The Aldera platform’s core administrative components provide Unified Life Insurance with the flexibility to build and manage multiple benefit plans and business lines while also giving us the ability to easily add more products to support client demand,” said ULIC president Kevin Dill in a statement. “In addition, the new operational efficiencies made possible by the Aldera platform’s native workflow management will help us more effectively serve participants across our 1,000 health plans.”
