Argo Group to Consolidate on EBaoTech Policy Admin Platform
Hamilton, Bermuda-based specialty insurance carrier Argo Group has selected Shanghai-based eBaoTech's policy administration platform to replace a dozen legacy systems in the US.
The selection for the U.S.-enterprise-wide rollout of eBaoTech GeneralSystem Suite follows a pilot project with Argo's wineries program. EBaoTech has also been implemented with Argo subsidiaries in Brazil and some European markets.
“We required a flexible policy administration platform that would replace our multiple legacy systems and position us for growth by enabling us to react more quickly to market opportunities,” Argo Group President and CEO Mark Watson says in a statement. “eBaoTech’s unique experience at implementing insurance software solutions in both developed and emerging markets made them a logical choice as a partner to transform our business processes across multiple lines of business in multiple countries.”
