AXA TianPing Selects Guidewire for Claims

AXA TianPing has chosen to implement Guidewire’s ClaimCenter as its new claims management system. With this selection, the Chinese auto insurer plans to differentiate itself in the country’s changing insurance market landscape.

AXA TianPing plans to use ClaimCenter to automate the claims handling process and minimize risks, leakage and cycle time. The system will also increase operational efficiency, provide better customer service, and improve the visibility of claims operations to decrease fraud.
